Teaching DSLR Class for MPEX

I briefly mentioned that I was developing materials for a photography class for a local camera shop. I’m very pleased that Midwest Photo Exchange officially announced the class that I’ll be teaching, Intermediate DSLR 201. I’ll be covering a wide range of photography topics in two and a half hours, from advanced wrist-strap knitting to polishing your battery contacts. I’m kidding, of course. Below is the full agenda for the class:

It promises to be a jam-packed technical class, and I’m really excited and honored to be teaching it. I’ve tried to keep it somewhat light-hearted, and I’m aiming to keep it fast-paced and memorable. By the end of the class, we’ll review a number of scenarios like this,  where the goal is that the students will know how to answer.

If you’re interested, I do hope you’ll sign up. If you have any questions, let me know.

MPEX is offering a number of great classes, and I’m seriously considering signing up for one of them myself. Hrm, I wonder if they’ll give me an “instructor” discount…
